Heeeeyyyyy guys!  Quick WIAW post today - busy week in school!

Breakfast:

Steal-cut oats and a banana filled with almond butter <3
Insert peanut butter filled pretzels, and a ride on my horsey.  Please tell me you knew that was coming ;)

Lunch:

Steamed veggies mixed with low-sodium tomato sauce + nutritional yeast, stuffed in an ezekiel pita pocket, and broiled for a few minutes. With lots of yummy avocado! :P
Insert second snack of peanut butter filled pretzels + ginger dark chocolate.  No, I don't think I'll ever get tired of that snack ;)

Dinner:

Sauteed bell pepper, corn, garlic, and veggie sausage (homemade from Vegan Brunch) over whole wheat with flax pasta. This was incredible!!!
Post dinner included a nice, long walk aaaaaand half an apple + peanut butter!

I love banana with almond butter!! Or any nut butter really. I'm also loving peanut butter pretzels lately. I never really make them my official snack... just kind of reach in the bag constantly for a little midday pick up!
